摘要
目的 :为探讨bcl -2及p5 3在视网膜母细胞的表达及意义。方法 :本研究用免疫组织化学SP方法检测 45例视网膜母细胞瘤及 12例正常视网膜组织中bcl-2及 p5 3蛋白的表达。结果 :bcl-2在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达 (2 70 2± 1 0 82 )与正常视网膜组织中 (0 167± 0 3 89)相比差异具非常显著性 (P <0 0 0 0 1) ,p5 3在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达为 1 0 89± 0 848,而在正常视网膜组织中的表达为 0 1667± 0 3 89,差异有非常显著性 (P =0 0 0 0 6)。结论 :bcl-2及p5 3在视网膜母细胞瘤中均呈明显高表达 ,其明显抑制凋亡的发生 ,与肿瘤的发展关系密切。
Objective: To investigate the significance of p53 and bcl-2 expressions in retinoblastoma. Methods: The expressions of p53 and bcl-2 in 45 cases of retinoblastoma and 12 cases of normal retina were detected immunohistochemically. Results: Both p53 and bcl-2 were highly expressed in retinoblastoma retina (P<0.001,compared to the expressions in normal retina). Conclusions: The high expressions of p53 and bcl-2 in retinoblastoma suggest that might closely imply the development of tumor.
