摘要
目的 :观察脊柱包虫病的 X线摄影机 CT表现 ,评价其诊断价值。方法 :经临床及手术病理证实的脊柱包虫病 4例 ;均行 X线平片检查、CT平扫及扫描增强。结果 :胸椎 1例 ;腰椎 3例。单个椎体病变者 1例 ;多个椎体病变者3例。4例均有椎体不同的不规则破坏 ,并在病变椎体旁可见膨大变形的软组织块影。X线均误诊 ,4例均行 CT平扫及增强扫描确诊。结论 :CT对脊柱包虫病的定位、定性具有一定的诊断意义 ,其影像学特征性表现优于 X线平片检查。
