摘要
目的 :评价 CT检查对青少年慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎的临床诊断和手术治疗的价值。方法 :收集 4岁～ 17岁慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎患者 90例 ,并结合临床对其影像学资料进行分析比较。结果 :青少年慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎分 4型 :结论 :CT检查是指导青少年慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎临床分型分期诊断和手术治疗的重要依据。
Purpose To evaluate the value of CT to the diagnosis and operation of chronic coryza and sinusitis in youth. Methods and results The imaging and clinic data of 90 younger patients among 4 ages～17 ages were analyzed in this article and find that they could be divided into 4 modles. Conclusion CT imaging is a important base to the grading and classfication of chronic coryza and sinusitis in youth.
