摘要
交通仿真是交通系统的研究、规划、验证和开发中一项广泛使用的技术。它是计算机仿真技术在交通工程领域的应用。该文首先系统地分析了交通系统计算机仿真研究的意义 ,分别讨论了传统交通系统和智能交通系统与仿真技术之间的关系。在此基础上 ,概括了国际上交通仿真研究的领域和方法 ,并对其目前发展状况和具体应用情况进行了详细介绍。最后 ,结合计算机仿真技术的最新发展 ,预测了交通仿真未来的 7大发展趋势 :虚拟现实技术、网络化与系统集成、并行计算、面向对象编程、离散仿真。
Traffic simulation is a widely used technology in the research, planning, demonstration and development of traffic systems and the application of computer simulation technology to transportation engineering field. In this paper, the significance of computer simulation for traffic systems is analyzed systematically and both the relationship between traditional transportation systems and simulation technology and the relationship between intelligent transportation systems and simulation technology are discussed separately. And on the basis of these, the areas and approaches of international traffic simulation research are reviewed in details and current development and applications in this field are presented explicitly. Finally,this paper points out seven trends in traffic simulation according to the recent research and development of computer simulation technology: virtual reality technology, network and system integration, parallel computing, object-oriented programming, discrete simulation, simulation of travel demand and control systems.
