摘要
[目的 ]探讨肠外营养支持对白血病病人造血干细胞移植期间的营养状态的影响。 [方法 ]分析 12例白血病病人在造血干细胞移植期间接受胃肠外营养支持治疗后临床症状、体重、血清白蛋白、血糖、血尿素氮及肌酐等指标的变化 ,并与同期未行胃肠外营养支持治疗的 10例病人相关指标进行比较。[结果 ]接受胃肠外营养支持组 (PN组 )病人移植期间体重下降较对照组病人少 ,血清白蛋白水平则较对照组高。 [结论 ]胃肠外营养支持对造血干细胞移植病人平稳度过预处理期、放疗。
Objective: to evaluate the influence of parenteral nutrition support on their nutritional state of leukemia patients underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Method: a total of 12 leukemia patients were selected and changes of their clinical syptoms, body weight, serum albumin concentration, blood glucose, plasma urea nitrogen and creatinine concentration during the process of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation after accepted parenteral nutrition support were observed. All above mentioned indexes of patients were compared with that of another 10 leukemia patients who did not accepted nutritional support. Result: body weight losses of patients accepted nutritional support during their transplantation were less than those did not accepted nutritional support. And serum albumin level of the former group of patients was higher than that of the latter. Conclusion: it is very important to give parenteral nutritional support for leukemia patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It could help patients smoothly pass the preconditioning stage, stress reaction stage after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. It can stimulate the recovery of hematopoietic function of patients as well.
