摘要 目的 观察半导体激光脱毛的临床效果。方法 应用半导体激光对 4 4 5例患者进行脱毛治疗 ,波长 80 0nm ,脉宽30ms,能量密度 18~ 4 0J/cm2 ,治疗间隔 2个月左右 ,随机分成数组 ,观察治愈率、治疗能量密度及治愈所需的次数。结果 平均治疗 5 0 3次 ,5次治疗组的治愈率明显高于 4次治疗组 (P <0 0 1) ,第 1~ 3次治疗的平均能量逐渐增高 (P <0 0 1) ,四肢、腋窝的治愈所需的次数少于上唇 (P <0 0 1)。 4 4 5例均取得了理想的效果。结论 半导体激光脱毛效果可靠 ,并发症少 ,治愈率、治疗能量与治疗次数相关 ,四肢和腋窝的脱毛效果较上唇好。 Objective To explore the effect of hair removal by LIGHTSHEER laser.Methods 445 cases of patients were treated with LIGHTSHEER laser of fluences between 18~40J/cm 2 , 800nm wavelength and 30msec pulse width. The interval was about 2 months between two treatments. To observe the cure rate, fluences and the needed time of cure, 445 cases were randomly divided into several groups.Results The average time of treatment is 5.03. The cured rate of the 5-time-treat group was obviously higher than the 4-time-treat group (P<0.01).From the first time to the third one,the average energy of treatment was increased gradually(P<0.01). The time of cure for limbs and axillas were less than those of the upper lip(P<0.01).Satisfactory results were obtained in 445 cases.Conclusion LIGHTSHEER laser can achieve good result for hair removal with less complications. Both the cure rate and the fluences was related to treatment sequence.There is a better effect in treating limbs and axillas than in the upper lip.
