摘要
采用高温固相反应合成了 ( Y,Gd) Al3 ( BO3 ) 4 中掺杂 Ce3 + 、Tb3 + 的样品 ,并研究了其结构特性和真空紫外激发下的发光特性。在 1 47nm真空紫外激发下 ( Y,Gd) Al3 ( BO3 ) 4 :Ce,Tb的发光过程中存在着 Gd3 +→Ce3 + ,Tb3 +→Ce3 +的能量传递。
Y,Gd)Al 3(BO 3) 4 doped Ce,Tb samples were prepared by the solid state reaction, and the properties of structure and luminescent properties under VUV excitaion were studied. Under 147 nm VUV excitation, the chromaticity coordinate of (Y,Gd) Al 3(BO 3) 4:Tb is (0.332 6,0.539 5), otherwise the relative intensity of the phosphor become weakened and the y value of chromaticity coordinate minishes as the Ce 3+ mole concentration increase in (Y,Gd)Al 3(BO 3) 4:Ce,Tb. And there exist energy transfer of Gd 3+ →Ce 3+ and Tb 3+ →Ce 3+ in luminescence process of (Y,Gd)Al 3(BO 3) :Ce,Tb under 147nm VUV excitation.
