摘要 对海绵铁预处理含酚废水的各种影响因素进行了实验研究,以确定最佳实验条件;通过实验对海绵铁处理含酚废水的机理进行了探讨,它是电化学作用、电场作用、絮凝沉淀以及物理吸附等共同作用的结果.实验表明,海绵铁可作为低浓度含酚废水的预处理材料. The treatment behavior of spongy iron which are prepared with refined mineral and iron is made oxide phosphor is studied on phenol wastewater.The experimental study of affected factors in treatment phenol wastewater with spongy iron is made in order to find the best treatment condition;The suitable pH, particle size, phenol concentration, reaction time, temperature and quantity on phenol wastewater treatment are researched by static test. Experimental results show that when the pH value is 5~6 ,the particle size of spongy iron is 0.5~1.2 mm, temperature is 10~25℃,dose is 50~150 g/L and reaction time is 50 min,the removal rate of phenol wastewater may reach 40% for phenol concentration below 4 mg/L.The reaction mechanism,which is based on the combined actions of electrochemistry, oxidationreduction, physical adsorption and flocculation,is studied by a test.The results show that spongy iron may utilize to wipe off lowdensity phenol wastewater as pretreatment material,but it doesn't fit to remove highdensity phenol wastewater.The sponge iron has the features of less cost,simple operation and better removal efficiency, so it has a wide application prospect as a new type material of wastewater treatment.
