摘要
结合工程实例,采用一种新型的通过改变模型参数实现模拟结构体系转换过程的计算模型,对某预应力混凝土连续梁桥施工过程中解除临时支座前后的线形变化进行了计算,并以实测数据为基础,对不同参数状态下计算模型的变形计算结果进行了比较、分析,证明了本文计算方法的正确性和有效性.所得结论对其他类型桥梁结构施工控制过程的分析也具有一定的借鉴意义.
Connected with engineering example,a new construction model to realize simulation of construction conversion is presented,the deformation during termination of temporary bearing of a prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction process is calculated,and the calculated value of different parameter based on actual measurement date is compared and analysed.The conclusion has some reference value to the analysis on construction control process of other bridge type construction.In this paper,a new structural model is put forward to realize simulation of structural system conversion in the course of bridge construction control, and the deformation is calculated during termination of temporary bearing of a prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction process.The calculating model applies the theory of structural finite element.The influence of all kinds of factors can be simulated by modifying the structural stiffness matrix. In order to consider the influence of many factors, the structural stiffness matrix is composed of three parts : (1) the stiffness matrix of beam ;(2) the stiffness matrix of temporary bearing;(3) the stiffness matrix of pier .In order to take the influence of all kinds of factors under consideration,a special structural model is built.All parts of the structure are simulated by beam element .When simulating the structural system conversion, three factors as follows are considered: (1)when only considering the influence of beam, the structural stiffness matrix = ;(2)when considering the influences of beam and temporary bearing , the structural stiffness matrix = + ;(3)when considering the influences of beam temporary bearing and pier, the structural stiffness matrix =++.The calculated value of different parameters in the paper are compared and analysed during the structural system conversion which based on actual measurement data. The conclusion has some reference value to the analysis of construction control process of other type bridge construction.
