摘要 反义寡聚核苷酸(antisense oligonucleotides, AS-ODNs)的概念最先提出于1967年,经过30多年的研究,人们已意识到在各种反义寡聚核苷酸的广阔领域里,有可能寻找到更有效的抗病毒和抗肿瘤新药.
