摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)由于具有多向分化能力,在一定条件下可形成骨、软骨、肌肉、肌腱、神经、脂肪、支持造血的骨髓基质及肺、脾、胸腺等组织的基质等,而且MSCs是良好的基因治疗载体,因此备受关注.然而,外周血中的MSCs研究较少,远没有外周血中的造血干细胞和骨髓中的MSCs研究深入,故本文就外周血间充质干细胞的研究进展进行综述.
