摘要
目的:探讨利用羟基磷灰石人工骨修复鞍鼻畸形的实用性和可行性。方法:自1995年1月至2002年3月,应用羟基磷灰石人工骨自鼻小柱基底部“U”形切口填充修复鞍鼻畸形160例。结果:共治疗160例,158例术后鼻外观良好,曲线流畅、自然,无感染,获得了满意的修复效果。2例术后鼻外形欠佳,经Ⅱ期整复后亦取得了满意效果。结论:羟基磷灰石人工骨是目前整复鞍鼻畸形理想的生物材料之一。
Objective To explore the feasibility and practicability of repairing saddle nose' s deformity with hydrox-yapatite-calcium phosphate (HA). Methods We have applied hydroxyapatite-calcium phosphate(HA) to treat 160 saddle nose's deformity cases through a 'U' incision in the columella nasi basilar part from Jan. 1995 to Mar. 2002. Results In total 160 cases, 158 cases had good appearances and curve.no postoperative infection. Two cases had good effect after the second repairing as well. Conclusion Hydroxyapatite - calcium phosphate(HA) is one of good implant organic materials for repairing saddle nose's deformity.
