摘要
近年来磁共振(MR)检查已经成为诊断肌肉骨骼系统肿瘤的重要手段。虽然常规MR增强扫描对于肌肉骨骼肿瘤诊断的应用价值已经受到肯定,但是基于动态增强技术发展而来的MR灌注成像对于某些疾病的诊断以及进一步的定量研究更具有重要意义。通过灌注成像技术,我们可以观察组织中造影剂早期分布特点并进而分析组织微循环状况,定量研究组织血管化程度。本文主要综述了MR灌注成像的成像方法、图像处理技术和其在肌骨系统肿瘤诊疗中的主要作用。
Magnetic resonance imaging is an important modality for the imaging evaluation of musculoskeletal tumor. Although there is general agreement on the value of unenhanced MR and static contrast- enhanced MR in detection, diagnosis and staging, perfusion technique which based on dynamic contrast - enhanced MR is indicated in selected cases. The purpose of this article is to review the image technique and the basic pharmacokinetic principles of the perfusion MR imaging and to highlight the most important indications for administration of the technique in patients with musculoskeletal tumors and tumor - like lesion: adding specificity in tissue characterization, monitoring preoperative chemotherapy and detection of recurrence.
