摘要
骨原发性淋巴瘤是一种少见的骨原发性肿瘤,本文通过对文献的复习,并结合一组38例的病例分析,系统地介绍骨原发性淋巴瘤的临床、病理、X线、CT和MRI的表现特点,认为它具有发病年龄相对较大(平均年龄大于30岁)、临床上以局部疼痛和肿胀为主而全身症状轻或无,病理上绝大多数为非霍奇金淋巴瘤,影像学上以骨皮质破坏的范围小而软组织肿块大、骨膜反应轻、MR的T_2WI呈中等信号为特征。
Primary lymphoma of bone (PLB) is an uncommon primary neoplasm of bone. With the review of literature and the analysis of 38 cases, we systemically introduce the features of PLB in clinic, pathology, radiogram, CT and MR images. We found the PLB has the following features: the patients with an older age (normally over 30 years), typical presenting signs and symptoms are localized pain and swelling, often without constitutional symptoms, the typical features of radiographic and CT imaging are minimal cortical changes despite an large accompanying soft tissue mass , with no significant periosteal reaction; the typical feature of MR imaging is isointensity in T_2 WI.
