Array多焦点与单焦点晶状体的视觉效果比较 被引量:6

The visual outcomes of phacoemulsification with the AMO Array multifocal and monofocal intraocular lenses implantation

摘要 目的 评价白内障超声乳化术后植入Array多焦点人工晶状体的视觉效果。方法 将白内障或半透明晶状体超声乳化术后33例(45眼)植入Array多焦点人工晶状体(研究组)与27例(35眼)植入硅胶单焦点人工晶状体(对照组)的临床资料进行比较。结果 研究组术后3个月裸眼远视力≥0.4为97.8%,≥0.7为68.9%,近视力≥0.4为100%;对照组则分别为100%、40.0%和45.7%。两组远视力没有明显差别而近视力有明显差别。研究组91%的患者术后有眩光和光晕,但在3个月内基本适应;对照组基本没有眩光和光晕。结论 Array多焦点晶状体可以提供一定范围内良好的预期远近视力,近期效果满意;但也存在不足。 Objective To evaluate the visual outcomes of the Array multifocal and monofocal intraocular lens after phacoemulsification. Methods Thirth-three patients(45 eyes) with cataract or pre-cataract underwent phacoemulsification and AMO Array multifocal foldable intraocular lenses (SA40N ) implantation and their data were compared with AMO monofocal foldable silicone intraocular lenses ( SI40NB) implantation of 27 cataract patients (35 eyes). Results In the group of Array lens,97.8% (44/45) eyes obtained uncorrected distance vision of 0. 4 or better and 68. 9% (31/45) eyes was 0. 7 or better. Uncorrected near vision of all eyes were 0. 4 or better in 3 months after surgery. 35 ( 100% ) eyes showed uncorrecled distance vision of 0. 4 or better, 14 (40. 0% ) eyes of them showed 0. 7 or better and uncorrected near vision of 16 (45. 7% ) eyes was 0. 4 or better postoperatively in monofocal lens group. Mild to median glare and halos were seen in 91% of eyes implanted Array lens in postoperation and no glare and halos in another group. Conclusion Array lens provide better outcomes both in distance vision and near vision than monofocal lens and it reduce the dependence on spectacles in near vision.
