摘要 目的 制作兔碱烧伤后角膜新生血管(CNV)模型,结膜下注射核糖核酸酶抑制因子(RI),以探讨RI对碱烧伤后CNV的抑制效果。方法 每只兔双眼均制成碱烧伤后CNV模型。自身双眼对照,实验眼结膜下注射RI,对照眼用等量生理盐水结膜下注射。根据烧伤范围和烧伤时间,16只兔随机分成4组,各组给药量相应改变。两周后,摄片分析CNV面积。结果 实验眼组较对照眼组,CNV被抑制了27.83%,P<0.01组1的抑制率为35.26%,P<0.01;组2的抑制率为48.32%,P<0.05;组3的抑制率为8.01%,P<0.01;组4的抑制率为34.84%,P<0.01。结论 RI能够抑制碱烧伤后CNV的发生。 Objective To investigate the effect of ribonuclease inhibitor( RI)on eorneal neovascularization( CNV ) induced by alkali burn in the rabbit model. Methods The model of CNV induced by alkali burn was created in bilateral eyes of rabbits. One eye received subconjunctival injections with RI and the another was injected with normal saline. Sixteen normal rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly according to the area of alkali burn and the lasting time of alkali burn. The area of CNV was calculated by an image analyzer. Results The CNV was considerably inhibited by RI in the whole experimental eyes in comparison with contrast eyes(P<0.01). The percentage was 35.26% in group 1(P<0. 01) ,48. 32% in group 2( P <0. 05) ,8.01% in group 3(P <0. 01) and 34. 84% in group 4( P <0. 01). Conclusions RI is able to inhibit CNV induced by alkali burn.
