摘要
目的 :前瞻性比较观察结直肠手术患者采用肠道水疗仪和常规术前肠道准备的效果 .方法 :选择 86例择期行结直肠手术患者 ,随机分为两组 ,常规灌肠组 (C组 )和肠道水疗组 (H组 )各 4 3例 ,H组采用HC 30 0 0型全自动肠道水疗仪 ,术前下午反复灌洗 1 0～ 1 5次 ,约 4 5min ;C组应用 1 0 0～ 2 0 0g/L肥皂水液于术前当晚和术晨各灌洗 3～ 5次和 2～ 3次 .评估患者对灌肠舒适满意程度、肠道清洁程度以及术后肠蠕动恢复时间等 .结果 :平均每例灌肠时间C组和H组分别为 (96± 1 7)min和 (4 3± 7)min;患者对灌肠舒适、满意程度 :C组优良率为 1 1 .6 % ,H组优良率 4 8.9% ;肠道清洁程度 :C组优良率为 37.2 % ,H组优良率为 95 .3% ;术后肠蠕动恢复时间C组和H组分别为 (83± 1 1 )h和 (76± 1 2 )h .结论 :与常规灌肠组相比 ,术前采用肠道水疗的方法行清洁灌肠 ,不仅具有简便省时 ,患者舒适、满意 ,清洁更彻底等优点 ,更有助于降低切口污染的危险性 ,而且还有利于术后肠道功能恢复 ,减轻术后腹胀的痛苦 .
AIM: To observe prespectively the effect of intestinal hydrotherapy instrument as intestinal preoperative preparations for patients receiving colorectomy. METHODS: Eighty six patients undergoing elective operation were randomly divided into two groups, the conventional coloclyster group (group C) and the intestinal hydrotherapy group (group H), with 43 in each group. Group H were clysterized repeatedly 10 to 15 times with type HC 3000 complete automatic intestinal hydrotherapy instrument. It took about 45 min in the afternoon just before the operation day. The patients in group C were clysterizd with 100-200 g/L soap hydrosolution 3 to 5 times in the evening before the operation and 2 or 3 times in the morning of the operation day. The degree of comfort and satisfaction to coloclyster, the intestinal sanitary degree, and the time of the recovery of intestinal wriggle were assessed. RESULTS: The average coloclyster time for each case was (96±17) min in group C and (43±7) min in group H. The degree of comfort and satisfaction to coloclyster was 11.6% in group C and 48.9% in group H. The intestinal sanitary degree was 37.2% in group C and 95.3% in group H. The time of the recovery of intestinal wriggle was (83±11) h in group C and (76±12) h in group H. CONCLUSION: Compared with the conventional coloelyster, the preoperative intestinal hydrotherapy coloclyster is a simple and time saving procedure and it makes patients more comfortable and satisfied. It cleans the intestine more thoroughly. It also contributes to the recovery of intestinal wriggle and alleviates the postoperative flatulence. What's more, it can reduce the risk of contamination of the incision during the operation.
