摘要 目的 :研究独活寄生汤的最佳提取工艺条件 .方法 :采用正交设计方法 ,以有效成分总多糖的含量及出膏率为指标对提取工艺进行了优化 .结果 :最佳工艺条件为煎煮 3次 ,加水量分别为生药质量的 1 0倍、8倍和 8倍 ,煮沸时间分别为 6 0 ,30和 30min .结论 :以本工艺条件提取有效成分 ,不仅保证较高的出膏率 。 AIM: To establish the optimal extracting technology for the preparation of Duhuojisheng decoction. METHODS: The optimal extracting technology was selected using the total polysaccharides and the rate of paste as the indices by orthogonal design. RESULTS: The optimal conditions were as follows: The decoction was thrice, the water quantity was 10 times,8 times and 8 times as much as the drug quantity, the boiling time was 60,30 and 30 min in each time. CONCLUSION: Products prepared following this process ensure the content of total polysaccharides with no loss of paste rates.
