摘要
NTP协议用于在Internet中使相互通信的计算机保持精确的时间同步,对于分布式数据库等许多网络应用有着重要价值。文中总结了计算机时间同步的方法,并重点对NTP协议进行介绍,包括其工作原理、工作模式、网络结构、处理流程和协议报头格式等方面。
NTP is a specification that defines how computers in the Internet communicate with each other to synchronize their clock to UTC with a high degree of precisi on and accuracy. This paper summarizes different methods of time synchronization of computer, and emphasize s NTP with its principle, mode of operation, architecture, process decomposition and protocol header format, etc.
