摘要 目的 :探讨血清CEA检测对肺癌的诊断及与其它肺部疾病的鉴别诊断价值。方法 :用贝克曼库尔特Access化学发光分析仪及配套试剂盒 ,测定 10 8例肺癌和 115例其它肺疾病患者血清CEA ,并检测 6 0例正常人作为对照。结果 :肺癌组CEA中位数为 85 10ng/ml,其它肺疾 1 95ng/ml,正常人为 1 99ng/ml。肺腺癌血清CEA显著高于鳞癌和小细胞肺癌。结论
