摘要
目的 :探讨卵巢透明细胞癌的临床病理特点。方法 :回顾性分析我院自 1987年 10月～ 1997年 10月收治的2 2例卵巢透明细胞癌患者的临床病理特点及治疗和预后情况。结果 :Ⅰ、Ⅱ期共 7例 ( 3l.8% ) ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期共l5例 ( 6 8.2 % )。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期 2年及 5年生存率为 85 .7%及 5 7.5 % ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期 2年及 5年生存率则为 5 9.4 %及 2 3.% ,(P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,总 5年生存率 34.7%。病理类型、病变侧别、腹水及子宫内膜异位症等与预后均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :卵巢透明细胞癌预后差 ,其期别、手术彻底性、术后残留灶、子宫转移与预后有显著性关系。
Objectives:The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical pathologic characteristics of clear cell carcinoma of the ovary.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical pathologic characteristics, treatment and prognosis of 22 cases with clear cell carcinoma of the ovary hospitalized from Oct.1987 to Oct.1997.Results:7 cases of stageⅠand Ⅱ(31.8%) and 15 cases of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ(68.2%) were engaged in this study. The 2 year and 5 year survival rate of stage Ⅰand Ⅱ were 85.7% and 57.5% respectively, while those of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 59.4% and 23% respectively( P <0.005). The total 5 year survival rate was 34.7%. There were no significant difference among pathologic types, located sides of the lesion, ascites, endometriosis and prognosis ( P >0.05).Conclusions:Prognosis of clear cell carcinoma of the ovary is poor. Different stages, cytoreductive degree of surgery, size of postoperative residue and uterus metastasis have significant correlations with its prognosis.
