摘要
提出“通过对传统应用，包括桌面应用和Web应用的Web Service化，使传统应用成为可编程网络（下一代Internet）的组成部分”这一思路，并给出了一些实例。从而为充分利用现有资源以及创造新的商业应用提供了一种有效方法。
Encapsulating traditional applications, including desktop applications and Web applications, as Web Service and make it part of whole programmable network' is brought forth first in this article, as well as actual samples. This issue chows how to take advantage of existent resource and produce new commerce business with Web Services.
