摘要
目的 :探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)血管成像技术在随访冠脉支架植入术后患者的应用价值。方法 :14例支架植入术后患者 ,术后 3~ 2 0个月接受MSCT检查。多层螺旋CT增强扫描结合回顾性心电门控技术 ,采用容积重建、二维曲面重建、最大密度投影法和仿真内窥镜技术。这些患者同时接受选择性冠状动脉造影。结果 :MSCT血管成像的检查结果显示 14个病人接受植入的 2 2个支架中 ,17个支架通畅 ,1个支架完全闭塞 ,与选择性冠状动脉造影结果相一致 ,4个支架因为伪影的影响不能被评价。在可用于影像学评价的图像中 ,12个支架内腔直径可被测量 ,3个支架出现再狭窄。结论
Objective: To probe into the value of multi slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) angiography for evaluating coronary stent restenosis and patency follow-up. Methods: Fourteen patients achieved MSCT coronary angiography and selective coronary angiography. The duration from coronary stent implantation to MSCT scanning was 3~20months. Contrast-Enhanced, retrospectively electrocardiographically-gated, multi slice spiral computed tomography employed VR, 2D-CR, MIP reconstruction methods and CTVE. Results: In fourteen patients, 17 of 22 coronary stents were patent. 1 was correctly classified as occluded and 4 stents were not assessible due to insufficient image quality because of triggering artifacts.They are similar to the results of selective coronary angiography. 3 of 12 stents lumen visualized have restenosis. Conclusions: MSCT angioraphy is a new noninvasive method for evaluating coronary stent patency follow-up.
