摘要
将经数字减影和手术证实的167例脑动静脉畸形的血管造影形态与临床症状的关系进行研究。结果表明,仅有1条引流静脉的小型血管畸形出血危险性最高,随着血管畸形增大和引流静脉数目的增多,出血危险性逐渐减小。
167 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformationsare reported. All the patients were demonstratedwith digital subtraction angiography (DSA) andporformed by operation. Correlation of the clinicalmanifestation and size of cerebral AVMs, numberof venous drainage and feeding artery. arediscussed. Statistical analysis showed the angiomasusually had one draining vein, thus carrying ahigh risk of hemorrhage, as their size increase andmore drainage vein developed, the possibility ofhemorrhage decreases. According to the variousnumber of draining veins and the size of cerebralAVMs. operative approach should be carefullyselected. The indications of different surgicalintervention are discussed.
