摘要
本文报告小梁切除术治疗各型青光眼127例,168眼。随访2—7年,成功率达91.6％。作者认为该手术操作简便、安全、并发症少,疗效高,是一种较理想的青光眼抗压手术,并对该手术的降压机理及手术适应症等问题作了初步讨论。
127 cases (168 eyes) of various types of glaucoma treated with trabeculectomy are reported in this article. The patients have been followed up for two to seven years. The rate of success is 91.67％, so we get a good late result. This method is simple and safe, with few complications and high effectiveness. It is a more perfect operation for glaucoma. The mechanism of decreasing intraocular tension and indications of the operation are discussed.
