摘要
全面建设小康社会是“十六大”确定的重要目标。边远、落后的民族地区能否实现小康事关全局。本文就青海目前的发展现状和差距及如何实现民族地区的小康社会作了一些探讨。
Building well-off society in an all-sided way is an important target determined by the sixteenth Chinese Communist Poorty’sConference. Whether remote and backbehind ethnic area will carry out well-off society or not directly affects the overall situation. This articleprobes into the present situation of development and gap at present in Qinghai, and how to carry out well-off society in ethnic area.
