摘要
运用行政法学基本原理,结合防震减灾法律、法规和工作实际,分析探讨了防震减灾行政法律关系中的主体、客体等问题。
By using the basic principles of administrative science and combined laws and regulations with practice,the problems of subject and object and so on in the relationship between administrative laws are analyzed and discussed.
