摘要
知识经济时代 ,图书馆的职能正在发生新的变革 ,由“收集管理图书”转为“新知识、新信息的发布中心和集散地”。这对图书情报工作者的基本素质提出了更高的要求 ,本文在详细阐述新时期图书情报人员应具备素质的基础上 ,提出了搞好图书馆工作的一些有效措施。
The function of library is experiencing a transformation from collecting and supervising books to the center of releasing and distributing the new information. This transformation is a great challenge to librarian's qualities. This paper expounds librarian's capability in current information era and makes proposals to improve efficiency of their work.;
