从理论上讨论分析了读者服务工作的涵义 ,服务内容、服务对象及服务模式等 ,在此基础上 ,结合实际 ,对高校图书馆读者服务工作的传统模式与网络环境下的模式作了对比。并探讨了 ,网络环境下 ,搞好读者服务工作 ,对馆员提出的新的素质要求。
The paper discusses the meaning, content, object and mode of reader service work in theory. It also analyzes similarities and differences between current service and future service. It explores how to do good work of reader service and puts forward the new requirement for librarian in network enviornment.;
