摘要
金工实习是高等工科院校重要的实践性教学环节之一 ,它是加强大学生实践能力素质培养和提高的重要组成部分。如何提高金工实习教学质量 ,培养一大批高素质的人才 ,是广大从事金工教学工作者长期探索的课题。本文就金工实习在人才素质培养中的作用作了进一步探索。
The practice on metalworking is one of the important practice teachings in the higher institutes of technology. It is an important ingredient to strengthen and develop the practice ability of undergraduates. How to improve the quality of the practice on metalworking and cultivate a mass of men with high ability is the task of the staff who are engaged in metalworking teaching.
