2D EXSY研究水杨醛硫代苄基半卡巴腙分子内活泼质子的动态特性

摘要 用二维交换谱 (2DEXSY)研究了水杨醛硫代苄基半卡巴腙分子内活泼质子在丙酮溶液中的动态特性 ,建立了活泼质子与溶液中的水分子间的化学交换网络 ,并计算了化学交换的速率常数K . The dynamic properties of labile protons in salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone are studied in acetone by two dimensional exchange spectroscopy(EXSY). The network of chemical exchange is built and the exchange rate constants are also calculated.
