摘要
通过对在校学生的调查和统计分析研究,提出应对加入WTO后,必须加快高职院校教育改革的三个方面,即增加有效需求、改进工作策略和加强实践教学改革,如此才能适应形势对毕业生就业工作的基本要求.
Through the investigation and statistical analysis of the students in school, the thesis points out three aspects of the necessity of accelerating the educational reform of institutions of higher and professional after joining in WTO, that is increasing effective requirements, improving the work tactics and reinforcing the reform of practical education. So it can be adapt to the basic requirement of the situation to the work of graduate obtaining employment.
