急性运动对糖尿病患者血浆血栓素B_2和6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)水平的影响

摘要 观察比较了18例未见血管并发症的NIDDM患者在30分钟中等强度运动前、后血浆TXB_2和6-酮-PGF_(1α)水平的动态变化,并以年龄、性别、体重相对应的18例健康人为正常对照。结果发观:NIDDM组运动前血浆TXB_2和6-酮-PGF_(1α)水平及T/K值明显高于对照组,运动后血浆TXB_2水平显著下降,血浆6-酮-PGF_(1α)水平和T/K值有下降倾向,而对照组运动后血浆TXB_2和6-酮-PGF_(1α)水平及T/K值无明显变化。说明适当的运动不会增加糖尿病血管并发症的危险因素,提示运动疗法可能有益于延缓糖尿病血管并发症的发生和发展。 The dynamic changes of plasma levels of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGFlα before and after moderate exercise loading for 30 minutes in 18 NIDDM patients without obvious vascular complications were investigated. 18 normal subjects matched with age, sex and body weight were studied as controls. The results showed that before exercise plasma levels of TXB2 6-keto-PGF1α and T/K (TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α) in NIDDM patients were significant'y higher than those in normal subjects, and after exercise plasma levels of TXB2 decreased significantly and 6-keto-PGF10 and T/K tended to decrease in NIDDM patients, while these parameters did not change in normal subjects. These results suggest that NIDDM patients are in a state of TXA2-PGI2 imbalance and subjected to increased risk of angiopathy and moderate exercise loading may not contribute to an increment of this risk factor. The results may even suggest that exercise therapy might be beneficial by delaying the development of diabetic angiopathy.
