摘要
高校毕业生是宝贵的人力资源,是社会主义现代化建设特别是"全面建设小康社会"的中坚力量。而目前高校毕业生"就业难"的问题,有经济和社会方面的原因,有毕业生个人和用人单位方面的原因,也有学校教育与管理方面的原因。因此,解决好高校毕业生"就业难"问题,提高毕业生就业率,利用好现有人才,具有重要的现实意义和历史意义。
Graduates are precious human resources and the pillar of the society in the socialist modernization construction,especially in the process of 'constructing an all-round comfortably-off society'.The reasons for the problom of'underemployment' which graduates face nowadays are related to economy and society,to the graduates themselves and employers,and to the university education and management.therefore,solving the problom of'underemployment',improving graduates employment rate and making full use of talents are all of great realistic and hostoric significance.
