摘要
用10只成年树(?),从左侧胫前肌的上、中1/3交界处注入CB—HRP 6μl,取脊髓腰段作40μm的横切面及纵切面。标记的运动神经元位于脊髓前角的后外侧核,每一横切面上可见3～8个标记细胞。纵切面上可见细胞柱长2.8～3.2mm,主要位于腰4节段。各标记细胞的突起向周围延伸约300～500μm。
Using the cholcragenoid horseradish peroxidasc (CB—HRP) technique, the motor neurons of the anterior tibial muscle of tree shrews were studied. Transverse and longitudinal sections were made through the Lumbar part of the spinal cird. The labelled cells were studied under a microscope. In the transverse sections, the labelled cells were in the posterior-lateral column of the anterior horn of fhe spinal cord. In the longitudinal sections, the cell column is 2.8-3.2mm in length and is divided into several groups. These labelled cells are mainly located in the fourth lumbar segment. Their proesses extend as far as 300-500um.
