摘要
以TiCl4为原料,Ce(NO3)2·6H2O为掺杂剂,制备了铈掺杂TiO2纳米粒子并进行了X射线衍射表征和气相光催化性能评价。实验结果表明,铈掺杂对样品的光催化活性有影响,随着掺铈量的增加样品的光催化活性提高。掺铈量大于4%以后活性变化不再明显。样品的焙烧温度和时间也对样品的光催化活性有影响。此外,样品的粒径随制备中的pH值降低而减小。
Nanometer particles of Ce/TiO_2 were prepared by titanic chloride hydrolysis. Cerius nitrate was used as dopant. The properties of the samples were characterized by means of XRD, and their photocatalytic activity was evaluated by the photocatalytic oxidation reaction of toluene. Doping Ce affected the photocatalytic property of the samples, and the photocatalytic activity was improved with increasing the amount of dopant. But the changes of the activity were not obvious when the amount of dopant was larger than 4%.The calcining temperature and time also affected the sample photocatalytic property.In addition,the sample size decreased with decreasing pH value.
