摘要
本文通过对比分析的方法研究了直径小于0.3cm的胆囊细小结石患者75例。结果表明胆囊细小结石与胆囊中等结石和大结石相比,具有如下特点:容易频发胆绞痛;临床诊断比较困难;并发病多,危险性大。因此一经确诊或高度疑谬,主张积极手术,胆囊切除。
This article deals with the clinical and surgical features of microHthiasis of the gallbladder. From this study we conclude that the features of the microHthiasis are as follows:
1. Showing a tendency to cause biliary colic;
2. being difficult to diagnose;
3. Showing a tendency to complicate acute pancreatitis due to the movement of small stones in the biliary tract. It suggests that an operation for the removal of the gallbladder should be performed actively in case the presence of microstones in the gallbladder is confirmed.
