摘要
目的 :比较头孢噻肟 舒巴坦和头孢他啶治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效及费用。方法 :5 6例下呼吸道感染患者分为 2组 :A组 (n =2 8)予头孢噻肟 舒巴坦 2 5g ,ivgtt,bid ;B组 (n =2 8)予头孢他啶 2 0g ,ivgtt,bid。 2组均以 7～ 10d为一个疗程。结果 :A组和B组临床有效率分别为 96%和 93 % (P >0 0 5 )。总医疗费用B组较A组高 ,分别为 ( 7918± 764 )元和 ( 5 948± 65 9)元。结论 :2组疗效相似 ,费用有显著差异 。
AIM: To compare the efficacy and cost of cefotaxime-sulbactam vs ceftazidime in treating moderate severe pneumonia. METHODS: Fifty-six patients were randomly divided into 2 groups Twenty-eight patients were treated with cefotaxime-sulbactam 2.5 g, iv gtt, bid, for 7-10 d. Another twenty-eight patients were treated with ceftazidime 2.0 g, iv gtt, bid, for 7-10 d. RESULTS: The clinical effective rates of cefotaxime-sulbactam and ceftazidime were 96% and 93%, respectively (P>0.05), but the cost for ceftazidime (7 918±764) yuan was higher than that for cefotaxime-sulbactam (5 948±659) yuan, (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The ceftazidime has similar effect to cefotaxime-sulbactam but its cost is higher.
