黄磷亚砷酸钠四氯化碳肝损害LDH同工酶的比较研究 被引量:2

Comparison of Lactate Dehydrogenase Isoenzymes of Hepatic Injury Induced by Phosphorus,Sodium Arsenite and Carbon Tetrachloride

摘要 本文对黄磷、亚砷酸钠、四氯化碳亚慢性肝损害大鼠血清、肝组织LDH 同工酶进行了比较研究。结果表明:四氯化碳组血清LDH、LDH_5明显升高。黄磷组血清LDH 无改变,但LDH_5在肝损害过程中明显升高,伴有LDH_2或LDH_3下降。亚砷酸钠组血清LDH_5升高早而明显,并可见LDH_(1、2)下降;LDH 则无变化;肝LDH_5升高早于四氯化碳组且较四氯化碳组和黄磷组持续时间长。血清LDH_5的升高能较敏感地反映三种毒物肝损害的存在及肝细胞实质性损害的程度。 Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)isoenzymes in serum and liver were sep-arated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and measured by Soft LaserScanning Densitometer.In rats exposed to CCl_4,serum LDH_5 and total LDHwere increased.In rats exposed to phosphorus,serum LDH_5 was markedlyincreased in company with decrease of LDH_2 or LDH_3,but total LDH re-main unchanged.In rats exposed to sodium arsenite,serum LDH_5 had anearly and obvious increase,LDH_(1,2)were transiently decreased;Liver LDH_5was increased earlier than that of CCl_4 group and remained longer than that ofthe other groups.Elevated serum LDH_5 is a reliable reflection of hepatic injuryand extent of parenchymal hepatic injury.
