摘要
已知A 类反应大鼠接触噪声时心率下降、心电ST 段升高。本文观察7只A 类反应雄性Wistar 大鼠对80、90和100dB(A)宽带稳态噪声的反应。发现噪声暴露初期心率下降70-80次/分;噪声强度增大时心率下降幅度略有增加,但无显著差异。此后心率逐渐回升,80dB(A)回升最快、90dB(A)次之,100dB(A)最慢。噪声暴露30分钟内心电ST 段上升并达峰值,幅度为35-40微伏。此后心电ST 段逐渐下降,80dB(A)下降最快、90dB(A)次之、100dB(A)下降不明显。噪声停止后心率和心电ST段迅速恢复至噪声暴露前水平。实验表明噪声强度与大鼠心率和心电ST 段的适宜之间存在剂量-反应关系。提示接触高强度噪声时机体的心血管系统不易适应。
Seven male Wistar rats of type A reaction were used to observe thechanges of heart rate and ST segment when exposed to 80,90 or 100dB(A) noise.It was found that the heart rate was decreased to a minimum of70-80 beats/min during 0-4 min of the noise exposure.The decrease wasmore evident during higher sound pressure level(SPL),but without signifi-cant differences among the three SPL.The decrease rapidly recovered thereaf-ter to its previous level in the order of 80 dB(A),90dB(A)and 100dB(A.The ECG ST segment was elevated to a maximum of 35-40 microvoltduring the first 25min of exposure.There were no significant difference in thethree SPL exposure periods.These results suggested that there is a dose-re-sponse relstionship between noise exposure and the changes of heart rate andST segment during noise exposure.
