摘要
本文是关于油松毛虫Dendrolimus tabulaeformis Tsai et Liu光周期反应的首次报道。 在恒温恒湿条件(温度28℃±0.5;相对湿度75±3%;光照强度1200—1500勒克斯)下,研究了不同光照长度对油松毛虫生长发育的影响。结合油松毛虫的光周期反应,就北京地区油松毛虫的发生代数进行了讨论。
The photoperiodical reaction of the pine caterpillar Dendrolimus tabulaeformis Tsai et Liu in Beijing was studied. The results showed that this species was sensitive to photoperiodical changes when reared in the laboratory at 28℃ and the sensitive period in its life cycle was die first instar and diapause occurred in the third and fourth instars. When the photoperiod changed from 12: 12 (L: D) to 16: 8 (L: D), the precentage of diapausing larvae decreased accordingly It was determined that the critical photopheriod of this species to enter diapause under 28℃ constant temperature was 14.5 hours. In the field the female moths lay eggs from late-June to July and the larvae hatched would subject the influence of the photoperiodical change at the sensitive developmental stage. Therefore the annual generation of this species in Beijing region is determined by the plotoperiod and climatic background of the first instar larvae.
