温度对八斑鞘蛛繁殖力的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE ON THE REPRODUCTIVE CAPACITY OF COLESOMA OCTOMACULATUM

摘要 温度对八斑鞘蛛C.octomaculatum产卵前期、产卵袋数、卵袋内含卵粒数、卵袋形成时间、产卵量、孵化率和成蛛寿命均有较大的影响。最适宜温度范围是在20℃—30℃之间,在最适温度范围内,一般产卵前期为6天左右,平均可产4个卵袋,每个卵袋内平均有卵25—30粒左右,单雌平均产卵量在100粒左右,孵化率在90%以上,成蛛平均寿命为60天左右。当温度低于20℃或高于32℃,产卵量和孵化率就显著下降。在15℃恒温条件下,有40%的个体不能产卵;在35℃恒温条件下,有66%的个体不产卵。八斑鞘蛛有较强护卵习性。待雌蛛产卵后,人工摘去卵袋不让雌蛛护卵,可使产卵量提高48%。 Temperature may greatly influence the preoviposition, number of cocoons laid, number of eggs contained in each cocoons, duration of formation of cocoons, quantity of eggs laid, hatchability and longevity of adult spiders of coleosoma octomaculatum. The favorable temperature ranges from 20—30℃, within which, the preoviposition lasts generally 6 days; the productiveness averages 4 cocoons a female with 25—30 eggs in each cocoon, i. e. an average, their are 100 eggs per female; hatching rate is above 90%; and the longivity of abult spiders averages 60 days. When temperature is below 20℃ or above 30℃, the number of eggs laid and the hatching rate decrease obviously. Under the constant temperature of 15℃, 40% of the spiders can't lay eggs. Under the constant temperature of 35℃, 66% of the spiders can't lay eggs.The adult spiders of Coleosoma octomaculatum show a intense care of eggs. Taking off the cocoons newly ]aid, so not letting the females care their eggs, would raise the quantity of eggs laid for 50%.
