摘要
目的 :探讨分期平衡针刺法对中风所致偏瘫的康复作用。方法 :将 10 0例中风患者随机分为A、B两组 ,均按常规给予药物治疗 ,A组在软瘫期 (肌张力低 )针刺瘫肢上肢阴经穴、下肢阳经穴 ,痉挛期(肌张力高 )转刺瘫侧上肢阳经穴及下肢阴经穴。B组在软瘫期 ,痊挛期都使用上下肢阳经穴。治疗时间 6 0天 ,治疗前后做康复评测。结果 :A组在肌张力恢复时间、肌痉挛发生率、运动功能积分等方面与B组比较 ,具有较好疗效 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :分期平衡针刺法可以更好地促进中风患者的肢体康复。
Objective: To discuss the rehabilitative effect of the FENGQI balance acupuncture treating the stroke hemiplepia. Method: 100 stroke hemiplepia cases were divided into A group and B group by random. Group A were acupunctured on the point of negative meridian upper limb of hemiplepia and positive meridian lower limb of hemiplepia in flaccid paralysis period. After the muscular tension rise, the point of positive meridian upper limb of hemiplepia and meridian negative lower limb of hemiplepia were revert. Group B were acupunctured on the point of positive meridian upper limb of hemiplepia and positive meridianlower limb of hemiplepia in all periods. The rehabilitative effect were evaluted in pre and post the treatment. The treat period is 60 days. Result: The data processing were done statistically. There were significent differences between group A and group B, on muscular tension rehabilitative time, the rate of myospasm incidence, the rate of FMA. Group A have better effect. Conclusion:The fengqi balance acupuncture is useful in the rehabilitative of stroke hemiplepia.
