摘要
目的总结鼻内镜辅助下,经鼻小柱-蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤的初步体会。方法2000年3月～2003年1月我们经鼻小柱-蝶窦入路鼻内镜直视辅助下,切除垂体腺瘤23例。结果7例镜下全切除,14例镜下次全切除,2例镜下部分切除。无死亡及严重并发症。结论鼻小柱-蝶窦入路术野暴露充分,鼻内镜辅助探查有利于清除肿瘤组织,减少肿瘤残存,避免损伤蝶鞍内重要结构。
Objective To sum up our initial experiences of nasal endoscope assisted transcolumella nasi and transsphenoidal approach to excision of pituitary adenomas.Methods 23patients with pituitary adenomas were operated under the assistance of nasal endoscope via transcoluellanasiand transsphenoidalapproachfromMarch2000to January2003.Results Thetumorwastotallyresectedinwere7cases,subtotallyin14cases,andpartiallyin2casesunder themicroscope.No postoperativedeathor seriouscomplicationsoccurs.Conclusion Theoperativeregionis clearly exposed viatranscolumella nasi and transsphenoidal approach.Under the assistance of thenasal endoscope,it is easier to resect tumors,lessenthechancesof tumorresidueandavoidlesionof majorsurroundingtissuesinthesella.
