摘要 目的:应用基因芯片技术观察2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者和正常成人脂肪组织细胞受体及信号转导相关基因的差异表达,进一步深入探讨2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的发病机制。方法:实验组为2例我院普通外科2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者手术切除的大网膜组织,正常对照组标本2例取自该科手术非糖尿病非胰岛素抵抗患者的大网膜。胰岛素抵抗指数根据空腹静脉血糖与空腹胰岛素比值得出。两组各取组织5g,进行总RNA抽提及mRNA纯化。将4
