摘要
目的:总结外科手术治疗椎管内肿瘤的经验。方法:回顾分析自1995年至2000年应用MRI及显微外科技术,对80例椎管内肿瘤的手术疗效。结果:肿瘤位于颈段者28例,占35%,位于胸段者36例,占45%,位于腰段者10例,占12.5%,位于骶段者6例,占7.5%;72例肿瘤全部切除,占90%,8例肿瘤大部分切除,占10%。出院时,运动功能障碍84.5%得以改善,感觉障碍改善率为75.3%,术后肌功能改善率为86.7%,自发性疼痛消失率为89.5%。结论:椎管内肿瘤以良性为多,手术效果良好,MRI检查及显微外科技术的应用是提高疗效的关键。
Objective:To summarize the expcrience on surgical treatment to intravertebral tube-tumors.Methods:Reviewing and analyzing the operative outcomes of80cases of intraver-febral tube tumor surgically treated from1995to2000with MRI imaged and microsurgical skills.Results:Of all the tumors(80cases),35%were cervical,45%were thoracic,12.5%were Lumbar and7.5%were sacral.90%(72cases)were totally resected.10%(8cases)were resect-ed subtotally,motor function deficit was improved in84.5%,sensor deficit was improved in75.3%,sphincter function was improved in84.7%,spontanous.pain disappeared in89.5%.Conclusion:Intravertebral tube tumors were mainly benign with good surgical outcomes.The ap-plication of MRI examination and microsurgical skill are keys to good outcomes.
