摘要
目的 :探讨动态三维超声在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 :用动态三维超声对 6 5例肝脏肿瘤进行探查 ,并对超声图像进行分析 ,分类。结果 :在动态三维图像上肝脏肿瘤的内部回声、边界、形态、立体效应与二维图像有明显差异。结论
Objective:To discuss the value of dynamic three dimensional ultrasound(3D US)for differential diagnosis of hepatic tumors.Methods:Sixty five cases with hepatic tumors underwent 3D US examination the images of which were analysed and catagorized.Results:On 3D US images,it was evident that the internal echoes,boundaries,shapes and solid effects of hepatic tumors were distinguished from those of the two dimensional images.Conclusions:The dynamic 3D US possesses the important clinical value to distinguish and diagnose hepatic tumors.
