摘要
目的 :探讨川芎嗪注射液电离子导入治疗玻璃体出血的疗效及机理。方法 :将兔实验性玻璃体出血模型 18只 (36只眼 )随机分为对照组和用药组 2组 ,对照组 :不做任何治疗 ,观察出血的自然转归 ;用药组 :予盐酸川芎嗪注射液电导入治疗。分不同时间点抽取兔房水和玻璃体 ,用高效液相色谱法测定房水和玻璃体中的药物浓度。用检眼镜观察眼底的可见度 ,以判断玻璃体出血吸收的情况。结果 :对兔实验性玻璃体出血 ,川芎嗪注射液电离子导入组出血吸收较对照组快。结论 :盐酸川芎嗪注射液电离子导入法可促进玻璃体出血的吸收 ,缩短病程 ,是一种简易有效的眼局部治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of ligustrazine HCl-iontophoresis on vitreous hemorrhage(VH).Methods:The experiment rabbits with VH(36 eyes) were randomly divided into two groups:the 1st group was control group without any medicine;the 2nd group was treated group with ligustrazine HCl-iontophoresis.Aqueous humor and vitreous were withdrawn at different time,and the drug concentration in aqueous humor and vitreous were determined with high-pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC).The absorption of vitreous hemorrhage was detected with ophthalmoscope.Results:In the experimental VH rabbits,the hemorrhage was absorbed quicker than in the control group,showing the effect of ligustrazine HCl-iontophoresis was better than that in control group.Conclusion:For vitreous hemorrhage,ligustrazine HCl-iontophoresis is an effective and simple therapy,which can accelerate the absorption of VH and shorten the course of treatment.
