摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT平扫对急性输尿管结石的诊断价值。方法:对20例急性输尿管结石患者的螺旋CT平扫及三维立体重建图像表现进行分析。结果:输尿管结石在螺旋CT平扫表现为高密度影及继发性改变如肾盂输尿管扩张、软组织轮缘征、肾周间隙改变。三维立体重建成像更好显示结石的大小、形态、位置。结论:螺旋CT平扫诊断急性输尿管结石优于常规检查,是一种非常可靠、迅速、无创伤的有效检查方法。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of nonenhanced helical CT for acute ureteric calculi. Methods: Nonenhanced CT and 3D reconstruction images of 20 patients with acute ureteric calculi were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Ureteric calculi showed high density on nonenhanced helical CT. The secondary signs such as ureteral or calyceal dilatation, soft tissue rim sign and perinephric stranding were also showed clearly. 3D reconstruction images helped determining the size, shape and site of calculi. Conclusion: Diagnosing acute ureteric calculi with nonenhanced helical CT had advantage over the general method. Nonenhanced helical CT is an accurate, quick, safe and effective imaging examination for ureteric calculi.
