摘要
作者分析了Edwards套棒装置复位胸腰椎爆裂骨折的力学原理—三点加压作用,并通过建立力学模型导出前纵韧带牵伸复位力量与矢状轴前推力成正比例。使用Edwards套棒不仅提高后伸复位力矩和纵向矫正力量,而且也有助于克服残留后突畸形角,满足脊柱不同节段的生理弧度要求。力学实验结果表明,单侧Edwards套棒方法使椎体前缘产生89.0N纵向撑开力,较直Harrington分离棒的48.7 N提高82.7%。作者认为Edwards套棒是胸腰椎爆裂骨折的动力性复位与稳定装置。
The mechanism of correcting thoracolumbar burst fracture with Edwards rod-sleeve instrumentation was described as three point compression. Mechanical relation between the axial correction force and transverse force was proved to be in direct proportion by establishing force models. The use of Edwards rod-sleeve instrumetation could increase correcting hyperextesion moments and axial correcting forces, and also decrease postoperation kyphosis. Biomechanical study showed that Edwards rodsleeve instrumentation could produce 89. ON axial correcting force, which were 82.7% higher than 48.7N by Harrington distraction rod.
